How can I choose my favorite lucky number for my ticket?

You can not choose the ticket number.

DarkSquid ticket numbers are published in a sequence of increasing numbers from 1 every round.

If users buy more than one ticket, the number of tickets is a sequence of consecutive numbers.

What if there are no winners?

There is always only one winner in each round of DarkSquid.

Can I swap my tickets back to DARK?

No, once purchased you will not be able to convert your ticket back to DARK.

If I win, do I need to manually claim the prize?

Yes, you will need to click the Claim button,

then click Claim button one more time in Claimable tab.

You can check your claimed winning rewards again in Claimed tab.

How often is DarkSquid draw?

Darksquid draw occurs twice a day. (12 hours each round)

What will happen to the tickets when the round is over?

The ticket is valid only for the round that it has been purchased. When this round ends, they would be deleted. You can re-check your tickets in View ticket section.

Why can I only buy 10 tickets?

You can only buy a maximum of 10 tickets in one purchase, but you can make multiple purchases. There's nothing to stop you from buying more tickets after your first 10.
